Piedmont Columbus Northside seeks an experienced Nursing Administrator to lead assigned departments under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer. The role focuses on cost/finance, HR, operations, quality of care, and clinical outcomes with a commitment to patient- and family-centered services and value-driven outcomes.

The position requires RN licensure in Georgia, 7 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in progressive management, and advanced nursing education.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.

Serves as part of a the management team and Shared Governance Model focused on promoting the mission, vision and values, of PHC and Nursing Professional Practice, embracing a person-centered philosophy while promoting patient- family centered services across the continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

Education

Work Experience

• 7 years nursing experience to include a three (3) years of progressive management experience Required

Licenses and Certifications

• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Required
