Qualifications

• 7 years of nursing experience, including three (3) years of progressive management experience (Required)
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia (Required)
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred; MSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments.
• Manage cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes.
• Promote mission, vision and values within the Shared Governance Model and Nursing Professional Practice.
