Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital in Georgia seeks a senior nursing executive to direct patient services and nursing practice. The role drives operational efficiency, quality of care and patient satisfaction while aligning with the PHC mission.

You will lead governance with physicians and staff, advancing person-centered, family-centered care across units and reporting to the VP of Patient Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of nursing experience with 3 years in progressive management.
• Current Georgia RN licensure.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred; Master’s in nursing or related field preferred.

• Provide administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments, including cost, finance, HR, operations, quality of care and outcomes.
• Serve on the management team and Shared Governance Model to promote mission and patient-family centered care.

Serves as part of a the management team and Shared Governance Model focused on promoting the mission, vision and values, of PHC and Nursing Professional Practice, embracing a person-centered philosophy while promoting patient- family centered services across the continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes.
