Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital in Georgia is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee nursing services under the direction of the Vice President of Patient Services/Chief Nursing Officer.

The role carries administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments, including cost and finance management, HR, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, and patient, physician and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments, including management of cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes.
• Promotes patient, physician and staff satisfaction and change management within Shared Governance Model.

Qualifications

Education

Work Experience

• 7 years of nursing experience, to include three (3) years of progressive management experience Required
