Piedmont Columbus Northside is seeking an experienced nursing leader to assume administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer. The role emphasizes cost and finance management, human resources, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, while promoting patient and staff satisfaction.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field Preferred.
• 7 years nursing experience to include a three (3) years of progressive management experience Required.
• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Required.

Serves as part of a the management team and Shared Governance Model focused on promoting the mission, vision and values, of PHC and Nursing Professional Practice, embracing a person-centered philosophy while promoting patient- family centered services across the continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes.
