The position requires RN licensure in Georgia, 7 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in progressive management, and advanced nursing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational leadership for assigned departments.
• Oversee cost and finance management, human resources, operations, and quality of care.
• Improve clinical outcomes and patient, physician, and staff satisfaction.
• Support Shared Governance and mission-driven nursing practice across the organization.
