Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director to join the Value and Risk Advisory team, focusing on commercial real estate valuation and consulting. The role emphasizes independence in producing client-ready reports, collaboration with leadership to target opportunities, and mentorship of analysts.

Expect to inspect assignments personally and support a junior team, while maintaining a strong professional license trajectory and adherence to regulatory standards. Remote-friendly in the US.

Qualifications

• Must master Associate Director skillset requirements.
• Mastery of complex concepts and assignments within chosen sector.
• Full competency in core skills and beginner competency in project management and/or account management.

Responsibilities

• Complete reports from cover to client-ready standard.
• Originate select work and partner with leadership to identify targets.
• Spend 20–50% of time coaching analysts, senior analysts, and associates.
• Personally inspect assignments and assist team on inspections.
