JLL is seeking a Director to join its Value and Risk Advisory team in a remote capacity across the United States. The role focuses on commercial real estate valuation, financial analysis, and advisory services to deliver accurate, timely reports.

The successful candidate will lead complex assignments, mentor junior staff, and maintain professional licensing and competencies. Responsibilities include originating work, client engagement, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while coaching

Qualifications

• High proficiency in appraisal concepts and valuation processes.
• Ability to manage complex assignments and mentor junior staff.
• Strong report writing and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete reports from start to finish to a client-ready standard.
• Originate select work and partner with leadership to identify targets.
• Spend 20-50% of time coaching analysts, senior analysts, and associates.
• Personally inspect assignments and assist team members on inspections.
