Crusoe Energy Systems in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks an Executive Director of Infrastructure Security to define long-term security strategy across Platform Security Services and Cloud Security Access & Posture Governance. Lead a growing organization, align programs with business goals, and drive multi-year roadmaps with executive stakeholders.

You will mentor engineering managers, shape governance, and deliver scalable security primitives for our hyper-scale GPU fleet, reporting to the

• 10+ years of progressive security engineering experience, with 5+ years in leading multi-team security orgs at hyper-scale providers.
• Proven ability to translate technical risk into business priorities and resource plans.
• Strong experience in IAM, PKI, zero-trust architectures, and secure supply chain governance.

Responsabilidades

• Define organizational strategy and scale leadership across two security pillars.
• Own multi-year roadmaps and executive alignment with stakeholders.
• Set architectural vision and governance for control plane and cloud environments.
• Drive identity, secrets, and access strategy for scalable, secure systems.
• Oversee risk mitigation and security metrics across fleet security and hardware supply chain.
