Job summary

Empower is seeking a Director of Security Infrastructure & Engineering to lead enterprise security across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will drive strategy, build engineering roadmaps, and oversee Palo Alto networks platforms and cloud security practices.

You will mentor managers, partner with stakeholders, and ensure regulatory readiness while fostering high-performing teams in a fast-paced financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise security infrastructure.
• 6 to 8 years of related management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple teams of security engineering professionals and/or subordinate managers.
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewalls, Panorama, and Prisma Access.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure security technologies and cloud networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and performance of enterprise security infrastructure and engineering teams.
• Develop and execute departmental strategies, engineering roadmaps, and resource plans.
• Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network security infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Direct security infrastructure engineering across AWS and Microsoft Azure.
