Job summary

Empower is seeking a Director Security Infrastructure & Engineering to lead enterprise security across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will oversee Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, and Prisma Access, and drive security across AWS and Azure with a focus on resilience and automation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise security infrastructure and cloud security.
• 6–8 years of related management experience.
• Experience leading multiple security teams and managing vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of enterprise security infrastructure and engineering teams.
• Develop and execute departmental strategies, roadmaps, and resource plans.
• Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of security infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Direct architecture and administration of Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Panorama, and Prisma Access.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to align security with objectives and regulatory requirements.
