Empower, a leading financial services firm in Colorado, seeks a Director of Security Infrastructure & Engineering to lead enterprise security across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will manage Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma Access, and cloud security architectures while developing high‑performing engineering teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to align security with business objectives, drive automation and IaC, and ensure compliance and resilience across AWS and Azure.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading security engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with Palo Alto technologies and cloud security.

• Lead enterprise security infrastructure and engineering teams.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and resource plans aligned with Information Security objectives.
