Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to own and scale GPU and data center infrastructure for our neocloud platform. This hands-on leadership role blends software and hardware, guiding validation, automation, firmware qualification, and DC operations across a rapidly expanding fleet.

You will set the technical charter for fleet reliability, define uptime targets, and drive automation to replace manual processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 18+ years in infrastructure, data center operations, or fleet management.
• 6+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience operating scale data center infrastructure in fast-growing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day fleet operations and greenfield deployments across facilities.
• Define operational KPIs and runbooks; establish on-call model.
• Lead firmware qualification and hardware security initiatives.
• Build unified validation platform and automation for production changes.
• Partner with Procurement, Hardware, and Finance on budgets and spend.
