Job summary

twentysix is seeking a Director, Influencer & Creator Strategy to lead influencer and creator work across 5W's growing agency. This role is ideal for an experienced influencer marketer who is ready to take on a meaningful leadership role—independently leading client workstreams and programs while partnering with senior Influencer, Digital, and PR leadership on broader strategy and agency initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of influencer marketing, creator strategy, social media, digital marketing, or integrated communications.
• Agency experience preferred with multiple clients and priorities.
• Independently lead influencer and creator workstreams while collaborating with senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of the influencer program lifecycle: strategy, creator identification, outreach, negotiation, activation, measurement.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead assigned influencer and creator workstreams aligned with client objectives.
• Translate briefs, audience insights, trends, and platform behaviors into creator strategies.
• Partner with senior leadership on development of integrated programs.
• Develop and evolve agency frameworks, processes, playbooks across client work.
• Identify emerging creator trends and opportunities to strengthen programs.
• Collaborate with PR, social, paid media, creative teams to integrate influencer efforts.
