Job summary

5W Public Relations LLC is seeking a Director of Influencer & Creator Strategy in a hybrid Miami-based role. You will independently lead influencer and creator workstreams, translating client briefs and cultural trends into strategic programs, while collaborating with senior leadership across Influencer, Digital, and PR teams.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in influencer marketing or creator strategy
• Agency experience preferred
• Strong leadership and client management skills
• Experience translating briefs into influencer programs
• Ability to manage complex workstreams, timelines, and budgets

Responsibilities

• Independently lead influencer and creator workstreams aligned with client objectives
• Translate briefs, audience insights, cultural trends, and platform behaviors into creator strategies
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop integrated programs
• Oversee programs from planning through activation and measurement
• Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration
• Lead client conversations and present strategies and results
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
• Identify opportunities to optimize programs using performance insights
