Konica Minolta is seeking a Director, Industrial Print Business Development to lead growth in production ink jet, build strategic partnerships, and drive multi-channel programs with KM Direct and Dealer Partners. You will craft programs, develop webinars, and create customer applications while partnering with Marketing and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of solid experience in a related field with a strong track record selling industrial & production print products and managing people.
• 2-5 years of successful sales experience as a Director of Business Development, Industrial Print & Inket.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identification, analyzing and definition of KM Production Ink Jet Program.
• Assist in the development and implementation of execution plan for KM Direct and Dealer Partner organizations for KM production ink jet sales programs.
• Assist in the development and deployment of webinars and communication presentations to Dealer partners and KM Direct organizations.
• Assist in the creation and management of customer applications.
• Assist in creating and communicating Best Practice Case studies with KM Marketing.
• Independently identify and develop compelling solutions to common and complex issues in converting, manufacturing and private industries.
• Work closely with Corporate Marketing to develop and implement educational seminars with dealer partners and direct.
