Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems seeks a seasoned Director of Indirect Spend to shape and execute our enterprise-wide procurement strategy. This leader will manage services, technologies, and business support categories, partnering with executives to optimize spend and strengthen supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
5+ years leading procurement professionals and cross-functional initiatives.
Proven track record delivering measurable cost savings and operational improvements.
Experience managing multiple indirect spend categories in a growth-oriented organization.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise indirect procurement strategies across IT, Professional Services, Marketing, Facilities, and more.
Lead supplier negotiations, governance, and performance management.
Drive cost savings, spend optimization, and value realization.
Build procurement analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Partner with Finance and Operations to align procurement with business objectives.
