Illumina is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing Indirect to lead sourcing strategy, supplier management, and commercial execution for Software, IT, Professional Services, Marketing and Travel. This role covers ~$400M in spend and supports R&D, manufacturing, and commercial functions.

The ideal candidate will have substantial indirect-sourcing experience, strong contract negotiation skills, and a business partner mindset with IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Life Sciences.
• 10–12+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
• Experience negotiating IT, consulting and marketing contracts.
• 5–7+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team and leaders across Indirect categories.
• Develop and execute world-class sourcing strategies using data and analysis.
• Oversee supplier governance, complex negotiations, and contract lifecycle management.
• Partner with IT, Legal and executives to align procurement with business goals.
