Accendra Health seeks a Director of Indirect Procurement & Category Management to steer enterprise-wide indirect spend strategies, governance, and supplier relationships. You will partner with executives to align procurement with growth, risk management, and financial objectives, while guiding a high-performing team.

This role drives transformation through digital tools, analytics, and robust category roadmaps, ensuring cost optimization, continuity, and compliance across healthcare spend.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive procurement, sourcing, category management, or related leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading procurement, sourcing, or category management teams.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distribution, or similarly regulated industries preferred.
• Demonstrated success delivering transformational procurement initiatives and enterprise value creation.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise indirect procurement and category management strategy across the organization.
• Oversee governance, supplier management, and performance scorecards.
• Partner with finance, legal, IT, and operations to align procurement with business objectives.
