The role demands 10+ years in procurement leadership, with a track record of transforming procurement programs and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive procurement, sourcing, category management, supply chain, or related leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading procurement, sourcing, or category management teams.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide indirect spend programs within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distribution, or similarly regulated industries preferred.
• Demonstrated success delivering transformational procurement initiatives and enterprise value creation.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier management, procurement technology, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year indirect procurement and category management strategy.
• Translate priorities into roadmaps, sourcing plans, supplier strategies, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead procurement planning to optimize total cost, service levels, and supplier performance.
• Establish governance, standards, and policies for consistency across the enterprise.
• Oversee strategic management of indirect spend categories and supplier portfolios.
• Guide development of category strategies informed by market intelligence and requirements.
• Ensure category strategies deliver value through cost optimization and risk reduction.
• Partner with executive leadership on procurement governance and investments.
