Formación

• Bachelor degree required.
• Experience collaborating across teams to advance DEI goals.
• Strong data analysis and insights to drive strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision and strategy for inclusion and equity initiatives across the org.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition, people operations, program management, and DEI teams to develop comprehensive plans and measure impact on pay, recruiting, promotions, and more.
• Partner with leadership to quantify the impact of I&D efforts globally.
• Lead learning and information teams to create scalable inclusion programs adaptable to local contexts.
• Develop and scale inclusion learning solutions through online, in-person, and classroom formats.
• Model Netflix's culture and values through actions and programs.
