Netflix is seeking a Director / Senior Manager for Inclusive and Accessible Games in Montgomery to lead the D&I strategy across Outer Games. This role reports to the VP of Outer Games and shapes inclusion in acquisition, development, and design while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible experiences for players worldwide.

• Experience in game development environments across mobile and PC.

Responsabilidades

• Create and deal with a common D & I vital vision for Outer games including best practices, projects, objectives and financial plan
• Move the Outside Games group to incorporate the D & I vital vision as a fundamental piece of our game obtaining, development and plan structure so the vision becomes fully awake.
• Cooperate with the Outside Games group to guarantee variety is an indispensable piece of our game obtaining, improvement and plan structures
• Give Outer Accomplice instruction to guarantee our engineers are gotten in a good position and comprehend what our individuals need
• Work with game groups to help their comprehensive plan needs
• Build, maintain and operationalize openness standards and processes to support inclusion

• Collaborating cross-functionally to embed inclusion into processes for Games research, QA, platform and discovery
• Ensuring the development teams have access to proper training and learning opportunities to create accessible and inclusive games
• Work with VP, Outer Games to develop a pragmatic Games industry influence strategy to serve the business and enhance underrepresented talent
