Netflix is seeking a leader to own onboarding strategy within Talent Management. You will guide a multidisciplinary team to define the onboarding product, accelerate new-hire effectiveness, and scale live learning globally.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, UCAN, you will lead executive onboarding and span regional expansion, ensuring measurable outcomes across locations while aligning with Netflix culture and data-driven decision making.

Competenze

• 10+ years leading people, including hiring, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary teams
• 10+ years in HR, Talent Management, or Org Development with 5+ years building onboarding programs
• Influence and facilitation across leaders and stakeholders
• Strategic thinking to connect business priorities with employee needs
• Experience owning a program or product outcome over time
• Human-centered design leadership for scalable experiences
• Generalist across product ownership, design, project management, and events
• First principles thinking and willingness to explore new tech and approaches
• Analytical rigor and strong judgment; comfort with data-driven decisions
• High resilience and alignment with Netflix culture
