Job summary

Netflix is seeking a leader to own our onboarding strategy within Talent Management. You will guide a high-performing team, shape the onboarding portfolio, and drive outcomes across global regions.

You will scale live learning and build a digital hub for new hires while partnering with analytics, operations, and HR teams. The role requires 10+ years leading teams and HR/talent management experience, with a strong focus on product-like ownership and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading multidisciplinary teams with accountability.
• 10+ years in HR, Talent Management, or Org Development.
• Experience owning a product or program and driving outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Human-centered design leadership and measurable results.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding strategy and set a clear vision for onboarding work.
• Lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across design and PM.
• Drive global onboarding programs from problem discovery to launch.
• Partner with Talent Analytics, Talent Tech & Operations, and HRBPs.
• Define target outcomes and track metrics for effectiveness and equity.
• Scale live learning events and build a digital onboarding hub.
• Collaborate with regional teams to balance global consistency with local needs.
