Coborn’s is seeking a Director in Training to gain hands-on leadership experience across total store operations. You’ll work with an experienced Store Director to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while developing your leadership capabilities in a fast‑growing employee‑owned company.

As an employee owner, you’ll learn how daily decisions impact teams and store performance, preparing you to lead with an owner’s mindset and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3–5 years of related experience, supervisory or management experience preferred
• Passion for developing people, serving guests, and achieving business results
• Ability to set clear expectations, lead by example, and hold yourself and others accountable

Responsibilities

• Lead total store performance by directing activities toward sales, profit, expense, labor, and guest service goals
• Develop strong teams through coaching, clear expectations, and ongoing feedback
• Drive operational excellence in merchandising, inventory, pricing, rotation, and safety
• Create a remarkable guest experience by delivering personalized service and a well‑organized store
• Lead store promotions and visual displays to support sales and gross profit goals
• Strengthen hiring, scheduling, retention, communication, and training across the store
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local, state, and federal requirements
