Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior advisor for Human-Centered Change (HCC) engagements to guide strategic direction and maintain the quality bar across a portfolio of transformation programs. You will foster executive sponsorship and shape go-to-market strategies, including complex proposals and SOWs, while mentoring managers and promoting durable change outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing consulting roles.
• Experience managing and developing people managers.
• Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Levers model, Prosci ADKAR).
• Proven track record building trusted relationships with senior executives.
• Experience applying AI-native delivery methodologies in consulting.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) and coaching others.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on site with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and quality bar for a portfolio of Human-Centered Change engagements, as senior escalation point for account and project leadership.
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with customer sponsors at the C-suite.
• Shape go-to-market strategy for HCC, including complex proposal development and SOW structuring for large/high-risk engagements.
• Lead practice development: mentor Managers/Senior Managers, define repeatable methodologies, represent HCC internally and with customers.
• Guide customers through vision and change strategy as well as enablement and training for adoption.
• Incorporate Design Thinking and collaborate with technical teams to deliver AI-enabled outcomes.
