Job summary

The role focuses on workforce planning, performance management, onboarding, employee engagement, and using analytics to recommend proactive solutions. Occasional second/third shift support and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience as an HR Business Partner.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience as an HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues within the Operations function to minimize disruption.
• Provide HR partnership to assigned leaders and employees, and collaborate with COE on strategic initiatives.
• Drive site performance and organizational health metrics; oversee employee engagement and onboarding.
• Lead end-to-end talent management processes: workforce planning, org design, development, performance, diversity, inclusion, and compensation.
• Utilize analytics to recommend proactive HR solutions and strategies.
