Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Director, HRBP - Operations and Technology to partner with senior leaders, drive strategic people initiatives, and lead talent and organizational change in a matrixed environment.

You will shape the talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design across Partnerships & Alliances and Commercial System Acceleration, aligning HR with business outcomes and driving value across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with broad HR responsibilities.
• Experience in global, complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Strong consulting and strategic advisory capability.
• Expertise in organizational design and change management.
• M&A or strategic partnership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies aligning with business goals.
• Drive talent strategy, workforce planning, and succession planning with analytics.
• Lead organizational design and talent management initiatives.
• Improve organizational health through culture, engagement, and effectiveness.
• Utilize data and Workday metrics to guide decisions and improve performance.
• Link people planning to financial performance in a dynamic environment.
