Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in HR, legal or related fields.
• Experience supporting Executive level leaders.
• Experience with legal and compliance preferred.
• Experience with executive compensation and mobility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Govern HR & WP affiliate governance with regional COEs and policy updates.
• Lead M&A HR & WP activities and due diligence support.
• Partner with country employment lawyers to ensure legal compliance.
• Monitor trends, develop programs, and mitigate regulatory risks.
