Job summary

Áegis Living seeks a Director of Human Resources Administration to lead HR administration, HR systems, and employee benefits, driving strategy and operations.

You will manage the ADP Lyric rollout, govern data and privacy, and create a scalable support model for employees and leaders.

This role emphasizes governance, analytics, stakeholder alignment, and delivering an excellent employee experience across a multi-site, hourly workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, information systems, or related field.
• Ten+ years in HR operations, HR systems, or benefits leadership.
• Direct ADP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with multi-state employee benefits and brokers.
• Strong project/change management capabilities.
• Advanced HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Credentials such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR administration, benefits, and payroll-adjacent processes.
• Lead ADP Lyric implementation, governance, and adoption.
• Manage Benefits Coordinator team and plan compliance.
• Partner with leaders to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Ensure privacy, security, and data accuracy.
