Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Human Resources Director to oversee the full employee life cycle at our Springfield facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will recruit staff, manage employee relations, advise managers, and collaborate with leadership to shape onboarding, engagement, and policy.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and solid HR experience to maintain a compliant, productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
• Detail oriented, computer literate and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit staff members; conduct background checks; maintain all files; and manage and resolves complex employee relations issues for your facility.
• Act as a strategic partner between various departments, employees and administrator to influence company culture through new hire orientation, employee engagement, and more.
• Advise department managers on proper guidelines, procedures, company policies, in accordance with facility, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
