Job summary

The Community Solution Education System is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition support, compensation administration, and lifecycle services. You will translate people strategy into operational practices and guide Generalists to support leaders and staff across onboarding, development, employee relations, and organizational changes.

You will collaborate with HR system leaders and benefits teams to ensure processes align with policy

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of HR experience with 3–5 years in HR leadership.
• Experience in employee relations, HR operations, and lifecycle support.
• Experience in higher education or multi-location organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for HR operations and service delivery across the organization.
• Lead Senior HR Generalists and HR Generalists with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, performance management, and separations.
• Partner with benefits, payroll, and IT to support HR systems and education.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure policy compliance and risk management.
