Genuine Parts Company in Atlanta seeks a Director, HR Operational Excellence to lead governance, performance management, and continuous improvement for HR Operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, business, engineering or analytics).
• 12+ years in HR operations, shared services, or process improvement.
• 7+ years leading managers and teams.
• Experience leading transformation, governance, analytics, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience building governance frameworks and performance metrics.
• Ability to influence across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations governance, performance management, analytics, and policy management.
• Drive continuous improvement with process redesign, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and BI capabilities for data-driven decisions.
• Ensure reporting integrity, data quality, and governance across HR data.
• Establish and maintain operational controls for compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and external partners to modernize HR Operations with AI-enabled capabilities.
