Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI and automation.
• 3+ years leading complex cross‑functional programs.
• Hands‑on builder‑operator with deep fluency in enterprise AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AI operating model and governance across IT, Security, Legal, and departments.
• Own the enterprise AI stack including evaluation and standardization of platforms.
• Drive adoption and practical enablement of AI tools and workflows across the company.
• Measure value and manage the AI portfolio with clear success metrics and governance.
