Job summary

ABM Industries in Chicago, IL seeks a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. The role drives organizational design, talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, and workforce planning in a high-growth environment.

The successful candidate will partner with executive leadership, guide change initiatives, and lead talent management efforts including succession planning and leadership development across dispersed operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a strategic HR Business Partner within an HR COE/shared services model.
• Experience supporting large-scale commercial real estate, integrated facilities services, or complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business, organization, talent, and culture strategies aligned to priorities.
• Serve as the primary strategic HR advisor to a dispersed senior operations leadership team.
• Coach executives on leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and succession planning.
