The role serves as a consultant to front-line leaders on HR issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent, assessing HR-related needs and implementing practical solutions with a metrics focus. • HR professional with broad experience in workforce planning, recruitment, benefits, and labor relations.
• Able to implement practical HR solutions with a strong process and metrics focus.
• Advises management on policies, programs, and procedures including training and EEO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant to front-line leaders on HR-related issues.
• Act as employee champion and change agent for the account.
• Manage HR-related functions: recruitment, records, benefits, training, and labor relations.
• Advise on policies and programs at the account level and support development of site policies.
