Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to serve as a trusted partner to leaders across the organization, guiding employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

The role is 100% remote with in-office trainings and meetings as needed, requiring strong HR expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to build relationships while navigating sensitive employee matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least three years HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to advise on employee relations, workforce planning, retention, and people-related decisions.
• Guide leaders through performance management, coaching, corrective action, and terminations.
• Assist with workplace investigations and sensitive employee relations matters.
• Train leaders on new HR programs, processes, and initiatives.
• Support leadership development programs and collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Collaborate with HR team to implement programs and analyze workforce trends.
• Stay current on HR best practices and strengthen HR programs and processes.

What You'll Do:

Partner with Leaders

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, retention, and people-related decisions.
• Help leaders navigate performance concerns, conflict resolution, and other employee matters.
• Support leaders through organizational changes and evolving business needs.

Support Performance & Employee Relations

• Guide leaders through performance management, including coaching, corrective action, and terminations.
• Assist with workplace investigations and other sensitive employee relations matters.
• Help ensure HR practices remain consistent with employment laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
• Train leaders on new HR programs, processes, and initiatives.
• Support leadership development programs and initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and support hiring needs.

Drive HR Initiatives

• Collaborate with the HR team to implement programs and initiatives that support employees and business goals.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide insights that help inform people strategies and decisions.
• Stay current on HR best practices and identify opportunities to strengthen HR programs and processes.

What You'll Bring:
