This is an opportunity to join an HR team that partners directly with senior leaders across several of the company's corporate functions.

Position Summary

Reporting to the manager of Corporate HR, the Senior HR Business Partner will support Business Technology, Finance, Legal, Strategy, and the People Team on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, succession, and change management. The role is advisory: bringing insight, challenging assumptions, and influencing decisions rather than administering HR programs.

Responsibilities extend to leadership effectiveness, talent reviews, employee relations, and company-wide HR projects. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, full‑scope generalist who is analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and credible with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across Business Technology, Finance, Legal, Strategy, and the People Team to develop talent strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead organizational change, including restructures, leadership transitions, and new team design.
• Work with Finance and Compensation on headcount planning, promotions, leveling, and organizational investments.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning, and help leaders identify and develop future talent.
• Use workforce data, engagement insights, and business metrics to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Coach leaders through complex employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges.
• Contribute to company-wide HR projects alongside the broader People team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Effectiveness, Management Consulting, or a related field.
• Hands‑on employee relations and performance management experience as a full‑scope generalist is critical.
• Experience supporting VP‑level leaders within corporate functions such as Finance, Technology, Legal, Strategy, or HR.
• Support of multiple corporate functions at once in a high‑growth technology company is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational design, workforce planning, or talent strategy initiatives.
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Experience leading large‑scale organizational change is a plus.
• Familiarity with executive compensation, organizational design, and succession planning is a plus.
• MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
