Position Overview
The Director, HR Business Partner will be an integral member of the Human Resources team, serving as a hands-on strategic leader. This role involves managing the HRBP team and providing strategic and operational HR expertise in areas such as HR and business strategy, leadership coaching, talent assessment and engagement, culture change, and organization design. You will act as a strategic partner and consultant to business leaders, managers, and employees, with a positive, proactive attitude.
Primary Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this HRBP role include:
- Hands-on HRBP leadership: Supporting organizational leaders and mentoring HRBPs.
- Strategic planning: Preparing the workforce for the future by developing key talent, aligning training with business goals, and supporting organizational design.
- Coaching and consulting: Providing advice and coaching to stakeholders, building relationships, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and guiding HR process implementation.
- Building a competitive organization: Assisting in performance management, organizational issues, recruitment strategies, and compensation planning.
- Company culture and employee experience: Promoting initiatives on culture, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and talent management, while fostering positive employee relations and reducing turnover.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with at least 5 years of management experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including strategic advising, employee relations, conflict management, performance management, career development, training, and global employee support.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in organizational development and change management.
- Ability to adapt quickly and handle various situations dynamically.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.

- HR certification is a plus.
