Exciting growth and impact opportunity on a newly forming HR Business Partner team in a strong organization with clear growth potential. We are seeking a solution-oriented and strategic HR Business leader to support senior executives and their teams in a global environment. You will be part of both the HR Leadership Team and Business Unit leadership teams, constructing, implementing, and measuring HR solutions specific to business needs and growth, contributing as a leader in a dynamic and evolving team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate as the HR Business Partner and leadership team member to one or more assigned business units, ensuring that people strategy is aligned with business strategy and adds impact and value.
  • Lead implementation and delivery of all people strategy and programs in partnership with COE leaders and teams for assigned business units.
  • Provide coaching and thought partnership across leadership levels.
  • Manage collaboration of matrix teams including HR centers of excellence and broader organization functions.
  • Lead change management activities related to global HR programs, reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Utilize HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure HR initiatives' effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience as an HR generalist or related roles.
  • Proven success partnering with senior management in global environments.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Detail-oriented with strategic and execution capabilities.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Experience leading global teams and influencing at all levels.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365; Oracle HCM experience preferred.
  • Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or related industries preferred.
