Job Title: Director, HR Business Partner - Patient Services
The Director, HR Business Partner for Patient Services will serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Director, Patient Services - North Region. This role focuses on developing and executing people strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within Patient Services. The Director will liaise with HR Centers of Excellence and the HR Service Center to ensure optimal HR collaboration and service levels to clients.
This position is based in Marlborough, MA (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an active member of the Patient Services leadership team, influencing and challenging others at this level.
- Own the People Strategy for the assigned business, including organizational redesign, strategic workforce planning, total rewards solutions, succession planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Consult with senior leaders to develop and execute business strategies that build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
- Leverage insights from workforce analytics and employee feedback channels to influence decisions.
- Design people solutions and initiatives.
- Coach, counsel, and advise leaders.
- Support transformational change efforts by providing consulting support, guidance, and a framework for leading and managing change.
- Identify and adapt to changes in external and internal dynamics.
- Enable communication frameworks to drive engagement.
- Build change management capabilities of leaders.
- Support development and career planning for key talent.
- Drive employee engagement outcomes based on insights.
- Act as an employee advocate.
- Conduct sensitive investigations and reeducation where necessary.
- Mitigate labor risks.
- Promote diversity and inclusion.
- Drive recognition and appreciation initiatives.
- Represent company policies with integrity.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and the HR Service Center to ensure the delivery of optimal services and value-added programs aligned with business strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; Master's degree (MBA, MA in Organizational Development, HR, or related) preferred.
- SPHR certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- Strong leadership and strategic influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
- Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with a proven track record as an HRBP.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the North Region.
