Position Overview

The Director, HR Business Partner will be an integral member of the Human Resources team, serving as a hands-on strategic leader. You will manage the HRBP team and provide strategic and operational HR expertise in areas such as HR and business strategy, leadership coaching, talent assessment and engagement, culture change, and organization design. You are a strategic partner and consultant for business leaders, managers, and employees, with a positive, can-do attitude and high drive.

Primary Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  1. HRBP Leadership: Providing support to organizational leaders and mentoring HRBPs.
  2. Strategic Planning: Preparing the workforce for the future through talent development, training alignment, and organizational design.
  3. Coaching & Consulting: Advising stakeholders, conducting meetings, building relationships, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  4. Building a Competitive Organization: Managing performance, addressing organizational issues, collaborating on recruitment strategies, and developing compensation and benefits strategies.
  5. Culture & Employee Experience: Promoting culture initiatives, employee wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of HRBP experience and 5+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Deep knowledge of HR programs, practices, employment law, and global employee support.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational development, and change management skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and demonstrate core values.
  • HR certification is a plus.
