Position Overview

The Director, HR Business Partner will be an integral member of the Human Resources team, serving as a hands-on strategic leader. In this role, you will manage the HRBP team and provide strategic and operational HR expertise and guidance in areas such as HR and business strategy, leadership coaching, talent assessment and engagement, culture change, and organization design. You are a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leaders, managers, and employees. A positive, proactive attitude and high drive are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this HRBP role include:

1. Hands-on HRBP leadership: Supporting leaders across the organization and mentoring the HRBP team.
2. Strategic planning: Helping the company become future-ready by focusing on workforce development, talent identification, training alignment, and organizational design.
3. Coaching and consulting: Providing advice and coaching to stakeholders, building strong relationships, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
4. Building a competitive organization: Assisting in performance management, organizational issues, innovative recruitment, and compensation strategies.
5. Company culture and employee experience: Promoting culture initiatives, wellbeing, D&I, and conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience and 5+ years in management roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Extensive knowledge of HR practices, supporting global and remote teams, including:
