Position Overview

The Director, HR Business Partner will be an integral member of the Human Resources team. This role will be a hands-on strategic leadership position, managing the HRBP team and providing strategic and operational HR expertise and guidance in areas such as HR and business strategy, leadership coaching, talent assessment and engagement, culture change, and organization design. You will act as a strategic partner and consultant for our business leaders, managers, and employees. A positive, can-do attitude with high drive is essential.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Hands-on HRBP leadership: Support organizational leaders and serve as a mentor and coach to HRBPs.
  2. Strategic planning: Help our company become future-ready by focusing on workforce development, including talent selection, training needs assessment, and organizational design.
  3. Coaching and consulting: Provide advice and coaching to stakeholders, build strong relationships, stay updated on employment laws, and guide HR process implementation.
  4. Building a competitive organization: Assist in performance management, organizational issues, innovative recruitment, and compensation strategies.
  5. Culture and employee experience champion: Lead initiatives on culture, employee wellbeing, D&I, and talent management, and work to maintain a positive working environment.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role and 5+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, supporting a global and remote workforce, with mastery in advising leadership, employee relations, conflict management, performance management, career development, training, and development.
  • Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, organizational development, and change management skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and demonstrate behaviors aligned with core values.
  • HR certification is a plus.
