Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Housing and Community Integration to oversee outreach, shelter, housing and community‑based programs in the Phoenix area. You will lead managers, ensure contract compliance, and drive program outcomes and staff development.

This role partners with the finance team on grants and budgeting, represents CBI in the community, and expands partnerships to strengthen housing integration across our continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities required.
• Must have 1-3 years of grant writing experience, program development and/or grant monitoring.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures
• Current AZ Driver's License (valid and in good standing)
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Peer Certification (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Oversee outreach, shelter, housing and community-based programs within defined area.
• Supervise management-level staff and ensure contract compliance and productivity targets are met.
• Develop training plans to address gaps in care and staff development.
• Collaborate with program managers on new service delivery approaches and implementation.
• Partner with CBI finance on grant management and budget tracking.
• Represent Community Bridges within the community and seek partnerships and funding opportunities.
