Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7-10 years of healthcare leadership experience with management experience
• 3-5 years of marketing/sales experience preferred
• 5 years' experience caring for terminal patients and families preferred

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Clinical Nurse Liaison staff with performance metrics and accountability.
• Develop and lead hospital growth strategies for Gilchrist Hospice programs.
• Coordinate referral source relationships and hospital-based liaison activities.
• Improve patient experience, regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
