Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) seeks an experienced nursing leader to oversee clinical patient care delivery in designated areas. The role focuses on directing staff, budgeting, and coordinating communications to ensure seamless care across departments.

Requirements include MD RN licensure, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and at least five years of progressive clinical experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Formación

• RN licensure in Maryland.
• At least 5 years progressive clinical experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Master's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Under limited supervision, manages the clinical patient care delivery of identified area(s) of responsibility.
• Manages human, fiscal and communication resources to facilitate coordination of care.
