Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with nursing or therapy concentration required.
• Master's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years progressive healthcare management experience.
• Minimum 5 years Home Care leadership in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical management, business operations, and all supporting departments.
• Prepare, develop, and implement annual operating and capital budgets.
• Create and support a work environment that fosters quality, accountability, collaboration, and caregiver satisfaction.
• Manage financial, operational, and quality outcomes of the agency.
• Ensure development of all caregivers through coaching, counseling, and mentoring.
• Direct the development and implementation of home care policies and procedures.
• Participate in applicable committees and guide home care leadership meetings.
• Oversee agency service delivery in compliance with regulatory/accreditation standards.
• Develop and maintain a home health compliance plan and OIG work plan.
• Collaborate with other business lines and departments to deliver clinical services.
