Job summary

You will perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans to support patient independence and reduce hospital readmissions. Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments in accordance with OASIS reporting requirements.
• Identify immediate care needs and obtain orders for treatment.
• Obtain consent for care and demonstrate knowledge of coverage criteria.
