Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in Ohio required.
• BLS certification from AHA/Red Cross required.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and auto insurance upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing practice and delivery of nurse care in the assigned department.
• Establish clinical direction for nursing care delivery and provide supervision.
• Collaborate with liaison departments to maintain patient care standards.
• Develop quality initiatives and implement policies for efficient health service delivery.
• Maintain Joint Commission and Medicare Conditions of Participation standards.
• Oversee documentation accuracy and department operations.
• Evaluate performance and develop strategic plans for staff and budget.
